ABOUT ME

Hey! My name is Jack, I’m a Cardiff based 2D Animator that’s almost graduated from the University of South Wales in BA (Hons) 2D Animation and Stop-motion. I’m found of every stage of the process of animation, especially the rough stages capturing the motion, that’s where I feel my strongest skills come to show. I love sketching traditionally creating characters and concept art in my sketchbook, and would consider myself mostly a character 2D animator, but I am open and willing to animate just about anything.

 

For Software I’m most experienced in ToonBoom Harmony and TV Paint, and other software that I have well versed knowledge in is Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro.

 

I’m inspired by many different things in the Animation industry. I love animated music videos and the concepts you can explore in such a free medium (and everybody loves music) as well as games/game animation. I would love to find my footing in anywhere in the industry that develops unique and cool looking animation, as primarily an animator or even a concept artist.
